Load Tea Up Wholesale Account Policy
Purpose This policy sets out eligibility, acceptable use and termination conditions for Load Tea Up wholesale accounts.
Eligibility
- Wholesale accounts are available only to bona fide businesses that will use Load Tea Up products as part of their commercial operations (e.g., retailers, cafés, corporate gifting, event organisers, hospitality operators).
- Applicants must provide valid business details, including an Australian Business Number (ABN), business name, contact details and a brief description of intended commercial use.
- Holding a business ABN alone does not guarantee wholesale access.
Acceptable Use
- Wholesale pricing and services are for resale, incorporation into customer offerings, or business-use purposes only.
- Accounts must not be used for personal purchases, private resale through unauthorised channels, or by businesses that simply hold an ABN but do not commercially use the products.
Verification
- Load Tea Up may verify applicant information and intended use at any time. Additional documentation or evidence of commercial activity may be requested.
Termination and Suspension
- Load Tea Up reserves the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account if, in our sole discretion, the account is found not to be used for legitimate business purposes or is otherwise in breach of this policy.
- Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to: misuse for personal purchases, resale through prohibited channels, fraudulent information, or failure to demonstrate commercial use.
- Where practical, Load Tea Up will notify the account holder of concerns and provide an opportunity to respond before termination.
Consequences
- On suspension or termination, outstanding orders may be cancelled and any wholesale pricing may be revoked. Load Tea Up may recover costs or take other actions if fraudulent activity is discovered.
Changes to Policy
- Load Tea Up may amend this policy at any time. Updated policy will be posted on our website and apply to new and existing accounts.
