Refund policy
All items purchased from Load Tea Up are carefully packed with love, care and patience. Each item is vigorously checked over before being packaged and sent to each of our customers.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note once parcels are dispatched we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. Please contact Australia Post directly via https://helpandsupport.auspost.com.au/s/delivery-issue. However, if you still require assistance please contact us via contact@loadteaup.com.au.
Refunds and Store credits will be issued at the discretion of Load Tea Up.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damages and exchange requests, please contact us via our contact page or email at contact@loadteaup.com.au within 72 hours of your receiving your parcel.
You have 30 days from day of delivery to return the item/s.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@loadteaup.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 3162, LPO Success 6164, Western Australia.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not offer refunds or store credits for sale items or gift cards at this time.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
