Shipping policy
AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING:
We ship within 24 hours Monday - Friday, excluding WA public holidays. Due to the high volume of orders during product launches, restocks and sales (including Flash Sales and EOFY Sales), processing and shipping times may be slightly delayed by up to 1-3 business days. Our team are working hard to make sure you get your Load Tea Up order as soon as possible. We are currently a one person team while we expand and grow, so thank you for your understanding.
Alternative pick up hours can be arranged upon request only.
We require at least 1 hour notice prior to your pick up/ arrival to ensure we are there and available.
SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA and NEW ZEALAND:
Load Tea Up offers shipping to Australia and New Zealand. The shipping cost will depend on the weight of the package and the destination. We use standard shipping and express shipping methods to deliver our products to you. The freight carrier we currently use is Australia Post.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been shipped.
Please note that Load Tea Up is NOT responsible for any customs or import duties that may be charged on international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

SHIPPING PROCESS; Load Tea Up will provide a tracking number via email once your order is shipped (this can take up to 24 hours to become active).
PLEASE NOTE;
- Load Tea Up cannot be held responsible for the service, delays or delivery by the postal service.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Load Tea Up are able to modify processed orders up until they are fulfilled, please email us at contact@loadteaup.com.au for an changes you would like to make. Once fulfilled changes can not be made.
- If your order is returned to sender, a minimum shipping cost of $10 will be required to re-ship.
