How To Use

Creamy Protein Shake: Mix 1 tbsp GramZero Sugar Free Instant Pudding Mix Flavouring to protein shake for flavouring or extra creaminess. 

Pudding Mix: Pour 4 Cups (32 fl oz) of cold dairy milk into a mixing bowl and add 3.4oz (100g) sugar free pudding mix. Blend on medium speed with an electric hand mixer for 4-5 minutes, scraping sides of bowl as mixing. Place in fridge for 1 hour to fully thicken, then enjoy!
